Prenatal Counseling and Body-Centered Hypnosis for Childbirth!

Birth matters!  The transition to motherhood is the ultimate journey... and women remember their birth experiences.  Every birth is as unique as each baby being born, and every birthing woman should be honored and supported in whatever way she needs in order to have the best possible experience--her own best birth, without judgements or arbitrary constraints. It is imperative that each woman is given respectful, supportive care that honors her informed choices.  This allows her to enter into motherhood with a sense of confidence and capability.  This is why I offer customized services that provide each woman with the information and support to help her achieve her goals for birth. Everyone wants a healthy mom and healthy baby, and it is my belief that "health" includes emotional, psychological and spiritual as well as physical.
I have a special interest and training in Trauma-Informed Care, and it is my goal to make a Trauma-Informed Maternity Care model the the standard of care for everyone.
